All products are custom-made once you place an order.
Standard processing time is 1–3 business days before dispatch, depending on the product and customization required.
Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or peak seasons may require additional time.
Shipping Methods and Timelines
We partner with reliable courier and logistics companies to ensure timely deliveries.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Within India: 4–12 business days (depending on location).
Remote/Non-metro locations: Delivery may take longer due to courier availability.
Customers will receive tracking details via email/SMS once the order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly mentioned during checkout.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information (complete address, phone number, pin code, etc.).
Dream Doodle Studios will not be held liable for delays or misdeliveries arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details.
In case of lost packages confirmed by the courier, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
International Shipping (if applicable)
