Refund policy
At Dream Doodle Studios, each product is custom-made and personalized, which means returns and refunds are limited.
Refunds

Refunds are not available for personalized products once an order has been processed, as items are created uniquely for you.

A full refund will only be issued if:

The order was not fulfilled.

The product delivered is entirely different from what was ordered.

Replacements

If a product is damaged during delivery or arrives defective, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item.

A replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement if production has not yet started. Once customization begins, cancellations are not possible.
Customer Responsibility

Ensure that uploaded photos are of sufficient resolution and meet quality requirements.

Dream Doodle Studios is not responsible for issues caused by low-quality or incorrectly uploaded images.
