Refund policy

At Dream Doodle Studios, each product is custom-made and personalized, which means returns and refunds are limited.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not available for personalized products once an order has been processed, as items are created uniquely for you.

  • A full refund will only be issued if:

    • The order was not fulfilled.

    • The product delivered is entirely different from what was ordered.

Replacements

  • If a product is damaged during delivery or arrives defective, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item.

  • A replacement will be provided at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement if production has not yet started. Once customization begins, cancellations are not possible.

Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure that uploaded photos are of sufficient resolution and meet quality requirements.

  • Dream Doodle Studios is not responsible for issues caused by low-quality or incorrectly uploaded images.
